Mr. Smith, In June of 2016, Heath Daniels contacted me through a Craigslist ad I posted regarding 30 acres I was attempting to sell. After a negative experience with a past realtor, I was hesitant, at a minimum, to respond to Mr. Daniels inquiry. After several weeks of no responses I finally called Mr. Daniels back and agreed to meet with him about my property.
