Charlie’s father Charles C. Heinsz, Sr. and grandfather C.E. Heinsz relocated from their farm near Crowley, Louisiana in 1950 to what is now his family farm near Shelby, in Bolivar County. They were one of the first five or six families to grow a rice crop in “The Delta”.
For 38 years, Charlie farmed with his family growing rice, soybeans and wheat. In 1980 he married the love of his life, Beth Hackney Heinsz, and together they raised three children Brittany, Brigham and Charles C. Heinsz III (Tres). Charlie and Beth are proud grandparents to a beautiful little girl, Charlie Kerr.
As a life-long native of Bolivar County and a seasoned real estate professional, Charlie recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him and strives daily to exceed their expectations.
