Testimonials

“I want to say that it was a pleasure working with Clif Cannon on the sale of the house. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was best for us. Clif went beyond everything I imagined that a realtor would do. I give him a A+++. He will be upfront and tell you what you need to do to prepare your house to sell. I do recommend Clif to anyone. Thank you, Clif, it has been a pleasure working with you. PS: I did make a new friend as well. To anyone selling or buying a home or land I would hire these wonderful folks for the job!” Randy P. “I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how pleased I have been working with one of your agents.  About 18 months ago I got fed up with my hunting club and decided to see if I could buy a small tract of land for my family to bow hunt on.  I have never owned land other than my home and had no idea where to look nor the process.  I’ve seen numerous of your advertisements so I just called your office.  Heath Daniels answered the phone and listened to me for at least :30 rambling.  I come to the conclusion that I wanted more than I could afford, but Heath was always positive and kept saying “we will keep looking, the right piece will come along”.  I have to say I was skeptical. Well, Heath was right.  After 18 months, probably 50 emails of land and more hours on the phone than I can count, we found the right piece.  But, that’s where the hard work started.  This land was right but had issues with access.  I will say that Heath stayed at it and over a few months he finally got the easement cleared and even helped me find acceptable financing.  Now that the deal is closed, Heath helped find me someone to clear the land and researched all of the utility contact info for me. I cannot say how pleased I am that Heath answered the phone that day.  His attitude and commitment to finding the “needle in a haystack” was always positive and encouraging.  So I just wanted to let you know that from my point of view, he is an asset to your company and represented you well. Thanks for all your help Heath! Chuck Koski” Chuck Koski “Charlie was very easy to work with. He went above and beyond for showings and during the selling process for me and the buyers. We were even out of state during closing and he made it go without a hitch. I'd highly recommend giving him a chance to sell your property.” N. Quinton, DMD “My husband and I purchased a home at Lake Claiborne last week with the help of Trinity Webb. We live 3 1/2 hours away and are not familiar with the area.  She went above and beyond helping us with everything from  finding appraisers, to furniture stores, and getting a random thing called a 911 invoice number. I don't know what we would have done without her. Always professional and willing to help with anything that came up, she was the best agent we could have had and  I would recommend her to anyone. We didn't just meet a real estate agent, we made a new friend.” S. Saucier

When my wife and I decided that we wanted to put some funds into non-paper assets, we decided on timber land. We contacted Tom Smith and met with him one evening. We knew nothing about this kind of investment and Tom patiently explained the ins and outs and how this sort of thing worked. We discussed our desires and Tom translated those into a specific type of property that we should be looking for, considering our budget. Because of our ages, we needed to find something that would be harvestable in a relatively short time. One thing you find out pretty quickly is that someone is willing to sell you a piece of timberland every hour of every day. If an agent or even an acquaintance finds out that you want timber, they will have something for you to go look at the next day. People kept asking me why I had not bought anything yet. They seemed to think it was like buying a car. You just go pick out what you want. Tom weeded out properties that did not fit our goals. We kissed a lot of frogs as we looked at different properties. They looked better on paper than they did in person. Eventually we found exactly the right piece at exactly the right price. There were a number of unforeseen difficulties in closing the deal, but Tom was right there every step of the way during the negotiating process and, with his help, we closed on the perfect investment. We could not be happier. The next time we want to buy or sell some property, Tom will be our man.
