Mr. Smith, In June of 2016, Heath Daniels contacted me through a Craigslist ad I posted regarding 30 acres I was attempting to sell. After a negative experience with a past realtor, I was hesitant, at a minimum, to respond to Mr. Daniels inquiry. After several weeks of no responses I finally called Mr. Daniels back and agreed to meet with him about my property. From the moment Mr. Daniels walked into my office, I knew he could get the job done on a difficult piece of property. I signed his forms, and Mr. Daniels was on his way. Within days, Mr. Daniels had put together a brochure of the property with several pictures and a brief description. After a few short weeks, Mr. Daniels and I were driving to Macon, MS to close on my property _ something I never thought would happen. Another couple of months had passed, and Mr. Daniels and I had become friends. Again, I called on Mr. Daniels to find a home for my wife and I. He listened to our wants and our needs, he gave us solid and realistic advice, and within two days we put in an offer on a home in Madison, MS. Mr. Daniels guided us throughout the entire process, assuring me he had our backs. He did not let us down. We began running into one issue after another with our mortgage broker. So many issues, in fact, I wanted to walk away. However, Mr. Daniels assured me he would get us through to the finish line. Mr. Daniels went above and beyond all of my expectations, and I believe he surpassed the level of customer care any company would demand from their employees. He worked day and night, tirelessly, to ensure we got our first home closed. He put in numerous phone calls to the broker whom I did not care to deal with, he organized everything with the closing attorney, and he kept me calm in a very anxious situation.
