Chad Wilson is a full-time Realtor with Tom Smith Land and Homes, serving clients across Mississippi with a focus on land, residential homes, farmland, and hunting properties. He brings a strong work ethic shaped by a 28-year career in law enforcement, beginning in Lafayette, Louisiana and continuing in Brandon, Mississippi, where he rose to the rank of Assistant Chief before retiring in Flowood, Mississippi.
Chad’s passion for land started early, growing up around his family’s 3,000-acre cattle farm in Madison County, Mississippi. After retiring from law enforcement at a young age, he pursued a new career built around that passion, transitioning into real estate. Today, he is a dedicated full-time Realtor who works seven days a week, committed to being available and doing what it takes to get the job done right.
An avid outdoorsman, Chad enjoys deer hunting throughout Mississippi and fishing in South Louisiana for speckled trout and redfish, giving him a strong connection to the lifestyle many of his clients value. He also continues to serve his community as a Commissioner for the Reservoir Fire Department. His background in public service has earned him a reputation for honesty, hard work, and doing what’s right for his clients.
Whether buying or selling land, a home, or recreational property, Chad takes a straightforward approach, prioritizing clear communication and working tirelessly to help his clients achieve their goals.
