Michael Oswalt was great! He is friendly, knowledgeable of the market and thorough in communicating information. I was looking to upsize to a larger piece of property, and living 3 hours away, needed to make the most of my visit(s). The day we met to discuss selling my place, we walked the property completely, sat down to discuss market values and he listed all pertinent information he needed from me. After we finished, we drove 20 miles up the road so Michael could show me a new listing that I was interested in. Several calls, texts and emails later, we met again, 23 days after our first meeting, to close on the property I was selling. It was a pleasure doing business with Michael, and now, I not only have a broker that I can depend on to help me find a larger piece of land, but, also a new friend.

“I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how pleased I have been working with one of your agents.  About 18 months ago I got fed up with my hunting club and decided to see if I could buy a small tract of land for my family to bow hunt on.  I have never owned land other than my home and had no idea where to look nor the process.  I’ve seen numerous of your advertisements so I just called your office.  Heath Daniels answered the phone and listened to me for at least :30 rambling.  I come to the conclusion that I wanted more than I could afford, but Heath was always positive and kept saying “we will keep looking, the right piece will come along”.  I have to say I was skeptical. Well, Heath was right.  After 18 months, probably 50 emails of land and more hours on the phone than I can count, we found the right piece.  But, that’s where the hard work started.  This land was right but had issues with access.  I will say that Heath stayed at it and over a few months he finally got the easement cleared and even helped me find acceptable financing.  Now that the deal is closed, Heath helped find me someone to clear the land and researched all of the utility contact info for me. I cannot say how pleased I am that Heath answered the phone that day.  His attitude and commitment to finding the “needle in a haystack” was always positive and encouraging.  So I just wanted to let you know that from my point of view, he is an asset to your company and represented you well. Thanks for all your help Heath! Chuck Koski” Chuck Koski

As a foreigner and first-time buyer, I was blessed to have Kerri as my agent. Kerri has been extremely knowledgeable about the local market, extremely professional with the whole process, and extremely patient and flexible to work with. I very much enjoyed this experience and felt that Kerri always had my best interests at heart.

Mr. Smith, In June of 2016, Heath Daniels contacted me through a Craigslist ad I posted regarding 30 acres I was attempting to sell. After a negative experience with a past realtor, I was hesitant, at a minimum, to respond to Mr. Daniels inquiry. After several weeks of no responses I finally called Mr. Daniels back and agreed to meet with him about my property. From the moment Mr. Daniels walked into my office, I knew he could get the job done on a difficult piece of property. I signed his forms, and Mr. Daniels was on his way. Within days, Mr. Daniels had put together a brochure of the property with several pictures and a brief description. After a few short weeks, Mr. Daniels and I were driving to Macon, MS to close on my property _ something I never thought would happen. Another couple of months had passed, and Mr. Daniels and I had become friends. Again, I called on Mr. Daniels to find a home for my wife and I. He listened to our wants and our needs, he gave us solid and realistic advice, and within two days we put in an offer on a home in Madison, MS. Mr. Daniels guided us throughout the entire process, assuring me he had our backs. He did not let us down. We began running into one issue after another with our mortgage broker. So many issues, in fact, I wanted to walk away. However, Mr. Daniels assured me he would get us through to the finish line. Mr. Daniels went above and beyond all of my expectations, and I believe he surpassed the level of customer care any company would demand from their employees. He worked day and night, tirelessly, to ensure we got our first home closed. He put in numerous phone calls to the broker whom I did not care to deal with, he organized everything with the closing attorney, and he kept me calm in a very anxious situation. You do not know me and I only know of you, through your reputation, but believe me when I say Heath Daniels is the best employee you could ever ask for. What started out as a skeptical meeting has turned into a lasting friendship and two complete closings. Consider yourself lucky to have Mr. Daniels representing you and your business. As long as Mr. Daniels is working in real estate, I know who I am using as my realtor.

We thought, 'we have to have a good agent to make our home-buying process easier.' Kerri Mathews did make the process look easy to us. As time went by, when we began to understand, how frustrating the whole processes is, that is where Kerri's expertise came in. During that frustrating time period, Kerri became more than a real estate agent. I began to understand how much dedication this work required like answering my questions without time being a factor, answering my every phone call at that moment or always calling back, if there was a missed call. Kerri made it look like we were the only clients even though she was handling several clients at that time. Even after buying the house, we still exchange phone calls and text messages. That speaks volumes about Kerri's work. I could have used some adjectives to describe her work ethics but I don't have enough words in my vocabulary to describe them hence the story. Overall, we started with a real estate agent and we ended with a good friend!
