Daniel Willoughby was born at a Naval hospital in Portsmouth, Virginia.  His father spent 26 years in the United States Navy.  During this time, Daniel traveled all over the world and country before his family decided to settle down in Jackson, Mississippi.  He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and was awarded the Marshall of Liberal Arts.  He worked for 12 years in the Medical Sales industry before beginning his career in Right of Way where he started his own business, Reservoir Consultants. Danny is no stranger to real estate since he has been doing real estate acquisition and relocation for 17 years.  He understands the importance of real estate and their values.

Daniel married his high school sweetheart, Amy and moved to Brandon, Mississippi. They continue to reside there with their two sons, Ian and Patrick. Daniel is an avid outdoorsman who loves hunting and fishing with his family.

Chad Wilson grew up in Jackson, MS and spent most of his time as a child and young adult helping his father raise cattle on his 3,000 acre farm in Madison County. Chad attended Callaway High School before heading to Hinds Community College where he studied electronics. He began a law enforcement career in Lafayette, LA and then moved back home to continue that career in Brandon, MS. He worked his way up in ranks to Assistant Police Chief and stayed in that position for 15 years before retiring in 2010. Retiring at such a young age he set goals to become a land realtor to follow his dreams of being involved in land once again. As a landowner of more than 1,000 acres in Madison County with his two brothers, his dreams have come true working for one of the largest land companies in MS.  He has always been an avid outdoorsman and his passion is red fishing in LA.
