In 2023, four of the holes were upgraded with new wells, giving members precise control of water levels for ideal hunting conditions. Planted with millet and rice, these flooded fields and timber holes attract strong flights of ducks throughout the season. At the heart of Meadowbrook lies a beautifully crafted seven-bedroom, seven-bath lodge built in 2010 — designed to bring family, friends, and the outdoors together under one roof. The spacious great room features a wood-burning fireplace and inviting seating for relaxing after a morning hunt. A fully equipped kitchen and large dining area make entertaining effortless, while the mudroom — complete with lockers, washer, and dryer — adds function to comfort. Dale is a retired Military Officer and Afghanistan War veteran. He is a graduate of the United States Air Force Academy and served over 20 years as a pilot. He has advanced academic degrees in Business and Leadership and spent many years of his service in high-profile leadership positions. Dale is a native of Vicksburg, MS and graduate of St. Aloysius High School. He is also a Federal Aviation Administration certified small UAS pilot and commercial airline pilot.
Aside from his passion for service to our nation, Dale has always had a passion to serve others and “pay it forward” wherever possible. Throughout his time in the military, Dale helped service members, friends and family with the purchase and sale of their own properties. He also bought and sold his own personal and investment properties in several different states including here in Mississippi and Louisiana.
Dale and his wife Holly reside in Madison County with their 3 children. They attend St. Joseph Catholic Church of Gluckstadt and, as a family, spend their time supporting their children’s academic and athletic activities as well as ensuring they enjoy all the spoils of life in the outdoors.

David moved to Warren County, Mississippi in 1994 and spent his high school years at St Aloysius High School in Vicksburg. After graduation, he went to Hinds Community College and then on to Belhaven University playing baseball and football. David worked in the restaurant business during college and continued for 24 years working in all aspects of the industry from management, ownership, to commercial food sales. He enjoyed meeting people and making friends from all over the world; no matter where David is he seems to run in to someone he calls a friend! His passion for the outdoors and people have lead him to a career in Real Estate.
With a long career in the service industry, David learned that nothing is more important than God and family, and to treat every person as they are part of it. David is the grandson of a Texas cattle rancher and grew up respecting the land and the wildlife on it. He learned to love the land at a young age through spending time with his father hunting and fishing. The appreciation of land, and the need to care for it, has passed thru his family for generations. David really has a calling for helping others and understands the care people deserve. David and his family are residents of Rankin County. He is married to Haley Belden, who is also an agent at Tom Smith Land and Homes. They share four amazing kids together that keep them very busy. Alese lives in Birmingham, Alabama and is currently working hard and continuing her education. Avery played soccer at Holmes Community College and is now majoring in business at Mississippi State University. Brooks and Grace are students at Northwest Rankin High School. Brooks plays football and Grace is on the softball team. Family time is very important and they all enjoy traveling, the outdoors, and sporting events together.
