Chad Wilson grew up in Jackson, MS and spent most of his time as a child and young adult helping his father raise cattle on his 3,000 acre farm in Madison County. Chad attended Callaway High School before heading to Hinds Community College where he studied electronics. He began a law enforcement career in Lafayette, LA and then moved back home to continue that career in Brandon, MS. He worked his way up in ranks to Assistant Police Chief and stayed in that position for 15 years before retiring in 2010. Retiring at such a young age he set goals to become a land realtor to follow his dreams of being involved in land once again. As a landowner of more than 1,000 acres in Madison County with his two brothers, his dreams have come true working for one of the largest land companies in MS. He has always been an avid outdoorsman and his passion is red fishing in LA. Chad is eager to help you get the dream land or home you’re looking for.
Bill was born and raised on a farm in Scott County, Mississippi. His family farm had cotton, soy beans, cattle and hogs. It was there on his family‘s farm that he gained knowledge and respect for the land that God provided. During his high school years, Bill’s understanding and love of the farm grew as he began showing cattle and hogs at local livestock shows. After high school, he graduated from Mississippi State University and spent many years as a CPA. During this time as a CPA, Bill’s heart remained on the outdoors, so, in 1999, Bill began a lawn service business. Several years ago he became a Realtor with Tom Smith Land and Homes where he works with buyers and sellers, always seeking to turn them in to satisfied clients. Bill resides in Brandon with his wife, Ardith, where he enjoys hunting, fishing and just simply being outdoors. Ellen Brand Smith is originally from Chicago, Illinois and graduated from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, in 1988 with a BS in Economics. She then moved out to California, where she earned her MBA from Pepperdine University and began her business career with a Fortune 500 company in Los Angeles. Ellen later formed her own company, Brand Merchandising, which became a leading service company in the Western United States.
Ellen has lived all over the country, but has lived in Madison, MS with her husband, Tom, and their two daughters (one is married and one is in college) for 20 years. Mississippi is also where she discovered her passion for the real estate business and the local outdoor lifestyle. Tom began his career in Real Estate in Madison in 2002. He takes a business approach to his real estate practice, as he spent 27 years in executive management positions with companies including Wal-Mart, and Home Depot as well as serving as CEO of other retail companies throughout the country.

Tom and his wife of 25 years, Ellen, reside in Lake Caroline (Madison), MS. They have two beautiful daughters, with Kit being married and living in Memphis, TN and Samantha, who is a Junior at College of Charleston in Charleston, SC.
