Tracey is a native of Cleveland, Mississippi; she was raised in the family furniture business by her parents Becky and Gary Garrett. After graduating from Bayou Academy, Tracey went to The University of Mississippi and later transferred to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where she earned a degree in Business Management. After college, she lived in Nashville, TN; Beverly Hills, CA; Destin, FL; and Whitefish, MT all to return home to the Mississippi Delta. Tracey will tell you there is no place like home and absolutely no place like the Mississippi Delta!!!

Real estate is a passion for Tracey. She began her real estate career in 2004, flipping houses. She went on to get her Florida real estate license in 2012, her Mississippi real estate license in 2015, and her Mississippi Broker’s license in 2019. Tracey is a member of the Cleveland Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Mississippi Association of Realtors, the Realtor Land Institute, and a graduate of the Mississippi Realtor Institute.

Tracey has built a solid foundation of clients in the community, through her professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to always putting her client’s needs first. Tracey will work just as hard for you on day one as any other day of the year. Tracey and her husband, Warren Bell have five children.  When not working real estate, you will find Tracey in a deer stand being a guide for one of the kids, at the lake, tagging along on one of Warren Bell’s hunting adventures, playing tennis and spending time with friends. She works hard and plays hard. Tracey is always trying to teach her kids the value of work; you will see her around town cleaning rental houses or cutting yards with her children.
