Nikki Kress- Gates is a lifelong resident of Louisville, MS. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Mississippi Univerisity for Women and brings six years of experience as an educator to her real estate career. Her background in education has shaped her approach to real estate- patient, organized, communicative, and focused on making sure her clients understand every step of the process.

Nikki believes real estate is more than a transaction. It is about building lifelong relationships, earning trust, and helping customers find their forever homes.

Outside of real estate, Nikki enjoys spending time with her husband, Shawn, three children, KJ, Mattison, and Cadence, and their animals. Together, they enjoy traveling and attending sporting events.
