I am writing to you to let you know how much I appreciate Bruce West. Bruce sold my mother’s home in Hollandale last summer and my property at 401 Bailey Drive in August of this year. Bruce has been amazing to work with during these sales. He is very well connected in our community and throughout the Delta. He was able to sell my building for the asking price. Bruce even helped me get the utilities transferred to the new occupants.
Bruce kept me updated every time he communicated with the buyer and used humor to describe the hurdles we had to overcome during the process. I have known Bruce since 1986 and am thankful that he lives in our community.
