I was in the market for some land so I reached out to an old high school friend, Colby Watson. I sent him a text to let him know that I was looking. He immediately sent a reply that he’d see what he could find. Within about eight hours he was reaching back out to me, sending over a property I may be interested in. He spoke with the other realtor and did everything needed to get it setup to go take a look. We went to cruise the property and it was just what I was looking for. After looking at an additional property down the road, I knew the first one was the one my heart was set on.
He went to work right away, making calls, and getting things in order. He answered questions that I didn’t even think to ask. Making everything very easy. We put in an offer and and negotiated the contract. We stayed in contact for a few weeks until the closing date. I had a solid experience with him throughout the process as well as a smooth transaction at closing. I will recommend him to anyone of my friends or family looking for land in the future. Great realtor to do business with. A+ experience overall.
