A short drive later he showed us the perfect property that was exactly in our budget and what we were wanting.
Then David really showed us why you want him to be your realtor. David did the leg work. He had the legal team do all the proper vetting, he researched and gave us all the contact information to ensure that we could get all of the utilities and permits. David stayed in communication with us the entire time. David made sure that the closing went without a hitch. Everyone that we delt with at the Tom Smith Land and Homes group was extremely friendly and professional. We now have our dream property and are in the construction phase. And, David has not forgotten us. Service after the sale. He has called us back a couple of times just to make sure that things are going good.
Not only would I use David again for any of my realty or land needs, but I have already referred him to one of my coworkers that is hunting property.
