I want to say that it was a pleasure working with Clif Cannon on the sale of the house. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was best for us. Clif went beyond everything I imagined that a realtor would do. I give him a A+++. He will be upfront and tell you what you need to do to prepare your house to sell. I do recommend Clif to anyone.
