I recently listed a hunting property that I had personally managed and developed over the last twenty-five years with Brady Richardson. He sold it for asking price within a week. I am seventy one years old, a former coach, geologist/biologist, HS principal, and personal hunting property developer. Brady is in early twenties. But age had no bearing on my choice of agents.
