We worked alongside Clay Simmons starting in about November of 2021. We met him when we called Tom Smith inquiring about a house we wanted to see and Clay happened to already be at the location. Despite not having scheduled an appointment, Clay showed us the house and we quickly decided we wanted to hire him as our realtor. We had just moved back to Mississippi after living in Florida for four years and were seeking a house to purchase before the arrival of our first child which was five months away. Clay worked tirelessly to ensure we found the best place for us in enough time. He was very communicative, always responding to our many questions. If he did not know an answer, he found someone who did. He made himself available to us, showing us homes, talking with us via phone and text message, and getting us in contact with appropriate lenders and resources. Our search was made difficult due to our very specific requirements for location and space, but Clay was diligent and hardworking in order to help us find something within our budget. Our experience with Clay was phenomenal and we would definitely recommend him to any other families who are searching for the perfect home. In addition, we would definitely work with him again in the future if and when we decided to move.
