John and I would like to thank you for  your availability to show us the property. Had we not been able to see the property as soon as we did we probably wouldn’t have been the current owners.  We appreciate the fact that you were up front when you didn’t have an answer to our questions and seeked the answer.  Moving forward we would like to work with you in the future if necessary. We do feel that after signing the contract we would have appreciated more communication in the closing process.
