We would like to express our deepest appreciation for Chad Wilson on the sale of our property and the purchase of our new home. Chad went over and above what we expected of a realtor. He was with us throughout all of the struggles we went through selling our existing property which were very trying at times. He never gave up on us and encouraged us not to give up on him. Without Chad’s perseverance and dedication to his profession we may have not been able to sell our property with the results we achieved. Chad also helped us tremendously on the navigation and subsequent purchase of our new home. He was with us throughout the entire process of finding a home that we wanted and through the inspection, negotiations and closing.
