Having had the recent pleasure of selling my land and old farmhouse through your agency, I would like to give a special compliment to Bill Patrick, my realtor. The selling process was admittedly a bit arduous, and, despite disagreements between my sister and myself, Bill remained a calm and neutral party who tried to accommodate us both while juggling negotiations with multiple potential buyers. He provided us with much of his time, not to mention sharing his extensive knowledge of the business, which we put to the test. I know he must have felt frustrations of his own, but he upheld his professionalism under pressure, and this left a positive impression on me which I wanted to impart to you.
