Bill was born and raised on a farm in Scott County, Mississippi. His family farm had cotton, soy beans, cattle and hogs. It was there on his family‘s farm that he gained knowledge and respect for the land that God provided. During his high school years, Bill’s understanding and love of the farm grew as he began showing cattle and hogs at local livestock shows. After high school, he graduated from Mississippi State University and spent many years as a CPA. During this time as a CPA, Bill’s heart remained on the outdoors, so, in 1999, Bill began a lawn service business. Several years ago he became a Realtor with Tom Smith Land and Homes where he works with buyers and sellers, always seeking to turn them in to satisfied clients. Bill resides in Brandon with his wife, Ardith, where he enjoys hunting, fishing and just simply being outdoors. His love of the outdoors, combined with his reputation of honesty, integrity and hard work, is what qualifies Bill to be able to help you with all of your real estate needs.
