He later earned an associate degree in Funeral Service Education from Delgado Community College.
For over 22 years, Robert faithfully served families through his work at his family’s funeral home in Bogalusa, a career that strengthened his compassion, integrity, and commitment to helping others. Eventually, his deep appreciation for nature and desire to serve his community in a new way led him to pursue a career in real estate. Robert is married to his wife, Lauren Brooks Ritchie, a native of Jackson, Mississippi. Together they are blessed with three children — Lucy, Logan, and Lake. The Ritchie’s are active members of First Baptist Church of Bogalusa, where Robert serves as a deacon.
