David is the grandson of a Texas cattle rancher and grew up respecting the land and the wildlife on it. He learned to love the land at a young age through spending time with his father hunting and fishing. David and his family are residents of Rankin County. He is married to Haley Belden, who is also an agent at Tom Smith Land and Homes. They share four amazing kids together that keep them very busy. Alese lives in Birmingham, Alabama and is currently working hard and continuing her education. Avery played soccer at Holmes Community College and is now majoring in business at Mississippi State University. Brooks and Grace are students at Northwest Rankin High School. Brooks plays football and Grace is on the softball team. Family time is very important and they all enjoy traveling, the outdoors, and sporting events together.

Born in Bogalusa, Louisiana, raised in Louisiana and Learned, Mississippi, Robert Ritchie has always valued faith, family, and the beauty of God’s creation. After graduating from Raymond High School in Raymond, Mississippi, he continued his education at the University of New Orleans, where he played collegiate golf and developed a lifelong love for the outdoors. He later earned an associate degree in Funeral Service Education from Delgado Community College.
For over 22 years, Robert faithfully served families through his work at his family’s funeral home in Bogalusa, a career that strengthened his compassion, integrity, and commitment to helping others. Eventually, his deep appreciation for nature and desire to serve his community in a new way led him to pursue a career in real estate. Today, Robert combines his local knowledge, strong work ethic, and heartfelt dedication to guide clients through one of life’s most meaningful decisions — finding a place to call home.
Robert is married to his wife, Lauren Brooks Ritchie, a native of Jackson, Mississippi. Together they are blessed with three children — Lucy, Logan, and Lake. The Ritchie’s are active members of First Baptist Church of Bogalusa, where Robert serves as a deacon.
