Haley Belden is a native of Brandon, MS. She graduated from Northwest Rankin High School and earned a B.S. in Elementary and Special Education from the University of Mississippi. She taught sixth grade at Northwest Rankin Middle School in Rankin County for 12 years. Haley has been a stay-at-home mom for nine years and is excited about a career change with real estate.

Prior to obtaining her real estate license, Haley was very involved with the Rankin County School District as a parent volunteer and fundraiser. She served on the Northshore Elementary PTO board for four years as secretary and president. She was honored as “Parent of the Year” two years in a row. Haley also served on the Rankin County Bond Issue Committee for a year to help fund improvements for Rankin County Schools and build a new Northwest Rankin High School. She currently serves on the Northwest Rankin High School Softball Board and is very active with the Junior League of Jackson.

Haley and her husband, David, reside in the reservoir area of Brandon, MS. They share four children together. Alese lives in Birmingham, AL. Avery is a student at Mississippi State University. Brooks and Grace are students at Northwest Rankin High School. They all enjoy travel, sporting events, and spending time together.

David moved to Warren County, Mississippi in 1994 and spent his high school years at St Aloysius High School in Vicksburg. After graduation, he went to Hinds Community College and then on to Belhaven University playing baseball and football. David worked in the restaurant business during college and continued for 24 years working in all aspects of the industry from management, ownership, to commercial food sales. He enjoyed meeting people and making friends from all over the world; no matter where David is he seems to run in to someone he calls a friend! His passion for the outdoors and people have lead him to a career in Real Estate.

With a long career in the service industry, David learned that nothing is more important than God and family, and to treat every person as they are part of it. David is the grandson of a Texas cattle rancher and grew up respecting the land and the wildlife on it. He learned to love the land at a young age through spending time with his father hunting and fishing. The appreciation of land, and the need to care for it, has passed thru his family for generations. David really has a calling for helping others and understands the care people deserve. Making dreams of owning a home or property a reality is of the upmost importance to David. His passion and dedication will make him the right agent for you!

David and his family are residents of Rankin County. He is married to Haley Belden, who is also an agent at Tom Smith Land and Homes. They share four amazing kids together that keep them very busy. Alese lives in Birmingham, Alabama and is currently working hard and continuing her education. Avery played soccer at Holmes Community College and is now majoring in business at Mississippi State University. Brooks and Grace are students at Northwest Rankin High School. Brooks plays football and Grace is on the softball team. Family time is very important and they all enjoy traveling, the outdoors, and sporting events together.
