Charles C. Heinsz Jr. (Charlie) was born in Shelby, MS a small community just north of Cleveland. He graduated from Bayou Academy and then attended the University of Mississippi, but always had a longing to return to “Blue Cane” the family farm, where he still lives today. Charlie’s father Charles C. Heinsz, Sr. and grandfather C.E. Heinsz relocated from their farm near Crowley, Louisiana in 1950 to what is now his family farm near Shelby, in Bolivar County. They were one of the first five or six families to grow a rice crop in “The Delta”.

For 38 years, Charlie farmed with his family growing rice, soybeans and wheat. In 1980 he married the love of his life, Beth Hackney Heinsz, and together they raised three children Brittany, Brigham and Charles C. Heinsz III (Tres). Charlie and Beth are proud grandparents to a beautiful little girl, Charlie Kerr.

As a life-long native of Bolivar County and a seasoned real estate professional, Charlie recognizes and values the trust his clients place in him and strives daily to exceed their expectations. His enthusiastic, “can-do” attitude and caring nature is ideal for identifying each client’s desires and skillfully guiding them to fulfill their real estate goals. Being raised in The Delta, Charlie understands and appreciates the many unique benefits of life there with its unmatched beauty, culture and rich soil! He feels incredibly blessed to work with amazing clients who become his friends and a strong part of his network.

Charlie is a member of the Cleveland Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, Mississippi Association of Realtors, the Realtor Land Institute, and a graduate of the Real Estate Training Institute. He is an avid hunter and outdoorsman, a Life Member of the NRA, Safari Club International, MS Bowhunters Association and a Ducks Unlimited Diamond Life Sponsor. In his free time Charlie enjoys being on the farm observing the crops, giving advice when asked, watching wildlife and admiring the Lord’s creations. Together, with his family, Charlie can be found in Oxford supporting the Ole Miss Rebels, something he is very passionate about.
