“Thank you, Anthony, for assisting me in purchasing property in Tallahatchie County. I had multiple questions concerning the property and you repeatedly obtained the requested info with very swift, concise, and accurate responses. I felt like you answered my questions in a manner that helped me determine if this property truly fit my goals. You went above and beyond in answering questions and guiding me in navigating a reverse 1031 transaction as well. Thanks again and hopefully can work together on another project in the future.” Michael A.

“I would highly recommend using Anthony Steen of Tom Smith Land and Homes for future real estate needs! It was a great experience!  Anthony was always willing to help!  It felt like more than just looking for a house!  We felt like we built a friendship, not made a deal!  Communication was always good and I was kept well informed!” Brandon B.

“When I began searching for my forever home, I chose Anthony to be my realtor for his integrity and dedication. He truly goes above and beyond for every client. It did not matter if he was local or on another continent (literally), he put forth his best effort to answer my questions and get me closer to closing on my property. I ended up swapping mortgage companies one week from my close after receiving the disclosure papers and catching on to the fact that I was being misled. I sent Anthony a copy of the papers and he directed me to a local bank that was able to get me locked in an entire point lower and about 6k less in closing. He truly has went above and beyond when he did not have to and has always been transparent. I recommend Anthony to anyone that is searching for a property. In today’s market, transparency and integrity are a must and that is what you get when you choose Anthony Steen as your realtor.” Shanna B.

“I can’t recommend Anthony Steen enough. Anthony’s expertise and guidance made the entire process smooth and far less stressful than I expected. He was always available to answer my questions and help navigate me through the all the steps.
