Tracey is a native of Cleveland, Mississippi; she was raised in the family furniture business by her parents Becky and Gary Garrett. After graduating from Bayou Academy, Tracey went to The University of Mississippi and later transferred to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington where she earned a degree in Business Management. After college, she lived in Nashville, TN; Beverly Hills, CA; Destin, FL; and Whitefish, MT all to return home to the Mississippi Delta. Real estate is a passion for Tracey. She began her real estate career in 2004, flipping houses. She went on to get her Florida real estate license in 2012, her Mississippi real estate license in 2015, and her Mississippi Broker’s license in 2019.
