Anna Houston is a Mississippi native with deep roots in the fertile soil of the Mississippi Delta. Although her family hails from the Delta, she grew up in the welcoming community of Pearl, MS. She graduated from Pearl High School and continued her education at Ole Miss.

Anna is married to Joel Houston, and together, they have two wonderful children, Huntlee and Collins. Their home is on the family farm in Sylvarena, MS, in the heart of Smith County.

Anna is a proud member of Mississippi Women for Agriculture, Mississippi Farm Bureau Women, the Smith County Cattleman’s Association, and the Raleigh Chamber of Commerce.

Anna believes that living in Mississippi is not just a choice; it’s a love affair. From the Delta to the Pine Belt, Anna loves the sense of community and the rich heritage Mississippi holds. She considers it a privilege to call Mississippi and Smith County home. Anna has worked at Tom Smith Land and Homes since 2017 and is currently the company’s email marketing director and social media coordinator.
