Throughout the process, Dale was honest and transparent. He understood what my expectations were, and he balanced the needs of both the buyer and the seller. This can be tough as both parties want a mutual goal but sometimes can’t come to an agreement. Dale found that balance and made the deal work! I would suggest that anyone looking to buy land or a home use Tom Smith Land as they are authentic realtors/ brokers. Dale made the process smooth, low pressure and did so in a manner that moved us along to the best goal possible in a timely fashion.
