My wife, Ronda, and I, bought a piece of property recently in which your company was a dual-broker for the seller and myself. From the first day we looked at the property (on November 14, 2020), Pete Prisock and Adam Hester represented all parties involved in a very professional manner. I never felt as though someone was trying to “sell” us something but rather we were working with someone who was helping us get something we wanted very badly. Throughout the entire process, I felt like we were dealing with friends who were looking out for our best interest. Pete and Adam were always prompt in their responses and provided any information we requested. I can’t say enough good things about Pete. Both he and Adam are a credit to your organization. By the way, our property in Bolton, MS is 37 acres with a 4 acre lake. We have nicknamed the property “The Land of Plenty at Glory Lake”. My wife and I have had numerous opportunities to enjoy it since our closing and we look forward to a lifetime of moments like that with our close friends and family. To top off the transaction, Pete and Adam presented Ronda and I with a very nice metal sign at closing that reads “The Land of Plenty at Glory Lake”. It is currently proudly on display at the property and we appreciate that very much. To you, I’d like to say “Thank You!” for placing such friendly and capable people in your employ. They made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
