Turn-key ready and whatever you want it to be, your full-time home, weekend getaway or event venue; this property is amazing and will fill many needs. One visit and you will know what I mean, it will sweep you away. Words cant explain it and pictures dont do it justice. This 18.5+/- acre show place in Neshoba County, MS, out in the country north of Philadelphia, is very convenient to MS-25 (centrally located between Starkville and Jackson). This property is simply breathtaking...from the 2,016 sq. ft. 2BR/2BA Cypress cabin, to the unbelievable automobile restoration shop, to the manicured grounds and stocked fishing pond, this place is where dreams come true. I recommend setting an appointment to see it! The owners are very precise and meticulous, they cut no corners as you can tell in the construction details. The home was built in 2013 and offers 2,016 sq. ft. with two bedrooms and two baths. The living area, kitchen, laundry and master suite make up the main level (1,344 sq. ft.). Upstairs lies an open loft with a full bath and outdoor balcony, which is currently being used as an office for the owners and bedroom for the grandchildren when they visit. The swing on the balcony offers an unbelievable view across the property, and doubles as a perfect deer stand! The home is all wood, Cypress posts and siding make up the exterior. Pine dominates the interior with tongue and groove floors and ceilings throughout, and pine log walls. The living area is cozy with the California log fireplace with gas insert. The kitchen comes with all appliances, granite countertops and cabinets are custom made from pine. The master suite is special, it all connects and flows from the kitchen and living area, and the master closet is something to see with great custom craftsmanship. A 30x30 two car garage includes a crafts room, utility closet and upstairs storage. The home is very efficient, heated and cooled with four ductless mini-split units, three downstairs and one up. The home is very well insulated, even the floors, with chicken wire in place to hold the insulation up and not sagging, all this keeps the utility bills down to a low monthly average bill. All the porches are worth noting, from the covered front porch and balcony with breathtaking views of the property, to the screened in back porch, you will want to spend plenty of time outside. Now this is where it gets fun, the car shop is killer, it is hard to explain; I felt like I was walking into a movie set the first time I visited. There was not a spot of grease or an inch of dust to be found, you could eat off the floor. It was cold, the three mini splits were rocking in July. It was bright, the LED lights were shining. I had to go out and come back in to make sure it was real. Im serious it is that good. The building is 60x60 under roof with 30x60 insulated and climate controlled (the car shop). 18x60 of it is a covered equipment shed, and the remaining 12x60 is a covered porch area on the front. This is a four-bay shop with a 12x30 office on the west end with full bath and closet. There are four-barrel type, commercial grade-insulated roll-up doors, all with power openers and remotes. The floor is commercial tile. A 1200lb. auxiliary lift/winch is in the first bay that consists of a roller track and electric winch for lifting and moving items to the upstairs storage, above the office. Additional storage is available on a 4 wide cantilever extension shelf that runs 16 in length along the back wall. The shop has its own septic tank and electric tankless water heater. With its own electric meter, sitting independent from the home and two-car garage.
