Dalewood Shore Lakes Subdivision is a unique privately owned oasis located in the east central part of Mississippi, 16 miles north of Meridian. The subdivision is privately owned by its members and consist of the main lake, which is 1,800 +/- acres, and 10 smaller lakes, ranging from 2-75 acres in size. The main lake, at it’s widest point, is 3 miles in length and 50’-60’ deep at the deepest point. The lake has a reputation for excellent fishing, boating, swimming, and skiing. We have listed a wide array of lots; waterfront on main and smaller lakes, lots with water views, back lots, and even a private island. The majority of the water front lots are located in a development known as “Tiki Isles”. Tikki Isles was developed by creating a canal so that each lot has access to the main lake. The subdivision is gated with full time security, so you will have peace of mind and know that your lake house is always protected from anyone that is not a member of the association. There are also future opportunities for development with commercial buildings, locations for condos, and even a possible golf course. The time is now to enjoy life a little and relax on the water.

John was born and raised in Raleigh, North Carolina where most of his weekends were spent at his family farm, either hunting or preparing the land for future seasons. It was in these weekends that John found his passion for the outdoors and chose to pursue a career where he could be outside as much as possible. After high school, he moved to Mississippi to continue this dream. John currently attends Mississippi State University and is set to graduate in May 2020 with a B.S. in Forestry and Wildlife Management.
Throughout his time at Mississippi State, John took every opportunity he could to get out of the classroom and be in nature. He wanted to help others get into the outdoors and have the chance to love it as much as he has, so he became a real estate salesperson in hopes to make that a reality. John would love to assist you with all your buying and selling needs.
