Mr. Smith, In June of 2016, Heath Daniels contacted me through a Craigslist ad I posted regarding 30 acres I was attempting to sell. After a negative experience with a past realtor, I was hesitant, at a minimum, to respond to Mr. Daniels inquiry. After several weeks of no responses I finally called Mr. Daniels back and agreed to meet with him about my property. From the moment Mr. Daniels walked into my office, I knew he could get the job done on a difficult piece of property. I signed his forms, and Mr. Daniels was on his way. He listened to our wants and our needs, he gave us solid and realistic advice, and within two days we put in an offer on a home in Madison, MS. Mr. Daniels guided us throughout the entire process, assuring me he had our backs. He did not let us down. We began running into one issue after another with our mortgage broker. So many issues, in fact, I wanted to walk away. However, Mr. Daniels assured me he would get us through to the finish line. Mr. Daniels went above and beyond all of my expectations, and I believe he surpassed the level of customer care any company would demand from their employees. He worked day and night, tirelessly, to ensure we got our first home closed. He put in numerous phone calls to the broker whom I did not care to deal with, he organized everything with the closing attorney, and he kept me calm in a very anxious situation. You do not know me and I only know of you, through your reputation, but believe me when I say Heath Daniels is the best employee you could ever ask for. What started out as a skeptical meeting has turned into a lasting friendship and two complete closings. Consider yourself lucky to have Mr. Daniels representing you and your business. As long as Mr. Daniels is working in real estate, I know who I am using as my realtor.

“I wanted to take a few minutes to let you know how pleased I have been working with one of your agents.  About 18 months ago I got fed up with my hunting club and decided to see if I could buy a small tract of land for my family to bow hunt on.  I have never owned land other than my home and had no idea where to look nor the process.  I’ve seen numerous of your advertisements so I just called your office.  Heath Daniels answered the phone and listened to me for at least :30 rambling.  I come to the conclusion that I wanted more than I could afford, but Heath was always positive and kept saying “we will keep looking, the right piece will come along”.  I have to say I was skeptical.
