REDUCED!! Whether it is a large hunting property or an entertainment property you are looking for, this is the place. It truly provides 365 days of enjoyment and is waiting for you. This tract gives you the versatility to do whatever you want out of a property. When you think about what a property should look like to hold trophy deer, this is it. When you ride this tract, proper habitat is all you see. The layout of the property gives you the ability to hunt the North Section vs. the South Section without disturbing the other. The timber was recently thinned and done so in a manner to create massive amounts of forage and bedding areas. Established food plots and planted roads are in place and travel is an ease along the internal road systems. The terrain has a nice variation allowing you to hunt everything from ridges and rolling hills to meadows and marshes. When I first viewed this property, the deer and turkey sign was abundant. The owner has worked closely with biologists on deer and turkey management, as well has where to cut timber to improve wildlife habitat. When not hunting, you will find out why this property is truly a 365 day property. The North Section has a stocked 15 +/ acre lake that is ready for you to fish. Numerous trails and creeks also provide opportunities for enjoyment. The acreage the lodge sits on has numerous walking trails, fire pit sites and a small pond to sit by and take it all in. Pictures do not do this place justice.

Adam was raised to treat the person next to you the way you want to be treated, work hard for what you have and put God first in your family. He fits the profile of a “good, home-grown country boy”. Whether he is sitting in a tree stand in Mississippi, chasing turkeys in Kansas or just riding down a dirt road with his wife and daughter, he always seems to find himself in awe of the playground the Lord has given. His love for the land, drive to help others, and the attention he believes people deserve is what makes him the right agent for you.
