REDUCED! It is easy imagining yourself holding a tote of ducks or being behind the horns of a trophy buck when you first ride this property. You dont find tracts like this for sale often! This property gives you the opportunity to hunt ducks, deer and hogs. When I viewed this property in February, there were still mallards on the water and deer sign was everywhere. Until this past year, there were no road systems in place and it was not accessible by ATV. Extensive work has been done to create a road system with levees and culverts throughout the property. This 95.6 acres is divided into three sections: 11.7, 36.9 and 47 acres. There are two long water runs and two man made duck holes that will give ducks places to work no matter the wind direction. Two food plots run along the section of AG field that divides the property and another is located in the AG field towards the front of the 36.9 acre tract. A fourth food plot was created in the center of the 36.9 acre tract. When you view this property and see that there are no other hardwoods in the area, you will see why the deer sign is so abundant. The deer bed and stage in these tracts before making their way into the corn fields. The other factors that make this the dream spot is the fact that you are under 3 miles from the MS River and just minutes from Shipland WMA and Delta National Forest! This truly is a rare find and properties like this do not come up for sale often. Call me today for your private showing!!!

Adam was raised to treat the person next to you the way you want to be treated, work hard for what you have and put God first in your family. He fits the profile of a “good, home-grown country boy”. Whether he is sitting in a tree stand in Mississippi, chasing turkeys in Kansas or just riding down a dirt road with his wife and daughter, he always seems to find himself in awe of the playground the Lord has given. His love for the land, drive to help others, and the attention he believes people deserve is what makes him the right agent for you.
