“Trinity Webb absolutely exceeded our expectations with our recent land purchase. We started looking at properties online and Trinity was the listing agent on one of the first properties we were interested in. She spent the Saturday with us showing multiple properties, none of which was “the one”.  But, after listening to our “want list”, she found exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately, a forestry company outbid us on it. Trinity stayed in touch with us & would send us listings and would find out details on the listings we would find ourselves online. When we found the listing in Kokomo, Trinity contacted the listing agent to arrange for us to see the property, only to find out that another buyer had put in an offer that had not yet been accepted.  With us being two and a half hours away in another state, it looked hopeless.
