Nicole Newell is a native of Lincoln County, MS. She grew up in Loyd Star, a wonderful community approximately 10 miles outside of Brookhaven. As a child, cheerleading, playing sports and dancing at Showstoppers took up much of her time. After graduation from Loyd Star High School, Nicole continued her education at Co-Lin where she was a member of the dance team. She enjoys fishing, hunting and riding trails with her two boys and husband. From time to time, she lends a hand on the family dairy farm. Nicole is experienced in home remodels, as well as decorating and looks forward to working with clients on their search for the perfect home. Chris was born and raised just outside of Brookhaven, MS. He graduated, with honors, from West Lincoln High School and then attended Copiah-Lincoln Community College. Chris dedicated thirteen years to the oil/gas industry working offshore and throughout the world. His career in the oil field working long, hard hours instilled a strong work ethic.
Chris and his wife, Sabrina, along with their son, Cohen, live on a small farm in Lincoln County where they enjoy everything the outdoors has to offer.

Chris Price was born and raised in the Carolinas and Tennessee. While serving 10 years Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard in the United States Army, he transferred to Camp Shelby, Mississippi. While there, he fell in love with the Pine Belt region and still calls Hattiesburg home. Since 2008, Chris has focused his real estate career in the land industry and over the years has broadened his interest and work to include land use and management, mapping and permitting. Chris is known for getting to the closing table and making sure clients are educated and informed through the entire process. With a background built on service, professionalism and developing relationships, Chris looks forward to providing legendary real estate service for our clients and partnerships with our agents at Tom Smith Land and Homes. Clif is an 18 year veteran of the sawmill industry where he worked his way up from entry-level laborer to a Production Superintendent. Clif has a vast knowledge of the forestry industry stemming from his experiences working with landowners, buyers, and loggers.
Clif is a dedicated outdoorsman and avid bow hunter. He has used his enthusiasm for hunting to gain knowledge of whitetail deer management through research, training, and practical application to increase heard health, fawn recruitment, and habitat improvement. Clif truly believes in the philosophies of organizations like the QDMA and the teachings of the Mississippi Deer Lab.
Clif has been married to Lisa Cannon for 24 years and they have two children, Tristan and Hayden. Clif is a lifelong resident of Franklin County, MS; his family belongs to Pleasant Valley Baptist Church in the Pleasant Valley Community.

Blake was born and raised in Lincoln County, MS in the small town of Bogue Chitto. After high school, he knew he wanted a career helping people. Blake completed his paramedic degree and served as a paramedic in Lincoln, Copiah, Franklin, and Lawrence Counties. After six years of dedicated service in emergency care, Blake began his career in real estate. Blake carried that same desire he had for helping others and putting their needs first into his career as a real estate agent.
Blake grew up working the family cattle farm and spent his free time hunting, fishing, and enjoying all things outdoors. Blake, his wife Brittany Rawls Sasser of Pike County, and their son Logan now own a small piece of that family cattle farm where they reside today.
Eli was born and raised in Brookhaven, MS and is a graduate of Brookhaven High School. He attended Copiah-Lincoln Community College for two years before moving to Oxford where he attended The University of Mississippi. Eli earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in Real-Estate and Finance. He has always had a strong passion for Real-Estate and the Outdoors. He spent his summers in junior college working for a surveyor surveying land all over southwest Mississippi. While in Oxford, he spent his time working in residential construction helping develop subdivisions in a booming college town. Since moving back to Brookhaven, his professional career includes time working with insurance, banking and business management. Eli’s banking experience was spent specifically in mortgage and finance. He knows how to work closely with lending institutions and understands the process and what it takes to help a client get a deal done.
Eli has always taken advantage of his time outdoors, whether hunting, fishing or trail riding. There is a real good chance that if you get to know him you will soon get the pleasure of knowing his daughter, Maci. Other than spending time with his beautiful daughter there is nothing that he loves more than helping others. Eli has always been the guy to take a genuine interest in truly getting to know everyone he meets. He prides himself in building honest, sincere and long lasting relationships. Sabrina Wolff was born and raised just outside of Brookhaven, MS in the community of Bogue Chitto. She is a loving wife and mother to one precious little boy. Sabrina’s roots, as well as her family’s, run deep in her community. Before real estate, she spent 8 years as a personal fitness trainer. She enjoys all types of music but her heart is in leading praise & worship in street ministry.
In her free time, Sabrina enjoys planting the garden and raising animals on her small farm, designing and decorating homes and pretty much anything outdoors with her family.

Konner was born and raised in Brookhaven, MS. After high school he attended Copiah-Lincoln Community College, where he was a member of the Wolfpack Baseball Team. Konner graduated from Col-Lin with an Associate of Arts Degree. After Co-Lin, he attended Mississippi State University and attained a B.S. in Natural Resources and Environmental Conservation.
Ever since he was a child, Konner loved anything to do with the outdoors. His dream was to have a career in the outdoors and spend all the time he could in God’s great creation. Joining the Tom Smith Land and Homes crew as a Real Estate agent gave him just that. It is a job he enjoys and is passionate about!

Trinity Webb, a native Mississippian, comes from a family that has been deeply involved in the real estate industry for decades. Trinity began her career in 2013 selling residential property, then she moved to successfully managing and overseeing the renovations of hundreds of rental properties in the Flowood and Brandon area. She gained a wide array of experience when it comes to meeting the needs of her clients. Trinity brings her real estate knowledge and experience to the Southwest MS area, specializing in residential and land sales.
Originally from Brookhaven, Trinity and her avid outdoorsman husband are happy to call it home again! Kayaking down a creek close to her country home and running trot lines in various Mississippi rivers is how she spends her free time. Other passions include community service, traveling in search of new adventures and, of course, shopping.
Currently, Trinity serves as a board director for the Southwest Mississippi Association of Realtors. She uses her position to benefit homeowners’ rights and community service and raising the professional standards of Realtors across Mississippi. After graduating High School in West Feliciana Parish in Louisiana, Preston moved to Summit, MS to attend Southwest Community College. Preston then began a career in Law Enforcement. After 20+ years of Law Enforcement Preston had attained the Rank of Major over the Internal Investigations Unit for the Louisiana Department of Corrections. Preston’s new career path has led him to Real Estate with Tom Smith Land and Homes. Preston is a lifelong avid outdoorsman with a passion for duck and deer hunting and feels that a lifetime spent in the outdoors and a passion for helping others will suit him well in his new endeavors.
Preston along with his wife Tara, raise their two children, Travis-18 and Prestley-16, in Madison county. Both Travis and Prestley play sports and attend Canton Academy where Preston and Tara are very involved with many of the school’s activities.
