Gavin was born in Bolivar County and was raised in Clarksdale, MS, where he attended Lee Academy. A tried-and-true athlete, Gavin played and excelled at any sport! Football being his favorite. He later moved on to pursue a major in Business Administration with a football scholarship to play at Delta State University.

Growing up, Gavin was an avid outdoorsman and hunter. He enjoys hunting all types of wild game, such as deer, ducks, turkeys, doves, and even squirrels. His love for the outdoors was a gift given to him by his grandfather. Gavin accredits his determination, discipline, and resiliency to his athletic career, from which he was able to lay a solid foundation for his future at a very young age.

Gavin currently resides in Bolivar County with his wife and three little ones. His heart belongs to Mississippi, where he has placed his roots, and he is looking forward to helping you find your roots here as well!
